Have you lost your password and are not able to retrieve it?

Send an email to lawrence@directresponsedomination.com with the subject line: “Password Reset” along with your desired password and it will be reset.

Are you a legacy member from the Ultimate Online Swipe File?

Your membership has already been migrated here, but if you need help with your username and password, send an email to lawrence@directresponsedomination.com with the subject line: “Legacy Member” along with your desired credentials.

Would you like to hold your membership?

Either for a month or (Heaven forbid!) indefinitely?

To hold your membership, just send an email with the subject line,
“Hold my membership” to lawrence@directresponsedomination.com.

You can also phone the 24-hour membership hotline at 1-520-302-4980 to cancel your subscription.

Your membership will be put on hold within 24 hours and your credit card will not be billed again.
